La Scolca, the historic Italian winery founded in 1919 in Gavi, and today proudly led by Chiara Soldati, Cavaliere del Lavoro and owner and CEO of La Scolca, will take part in the 50th Anniversary Gala of the National Italian American Foundation (NIAF), to be held on October 18, 2025, at the Washington Hilton Hotel in Washington D.C.
The National Italian American Foundation, celebrating fifty years of cultural diplomacy and promotion of Italian excellence in the United States, remains a key institution strengthening the enduring bond between Italy and the Italian-American community. During the evening, the world-renowned tenor Andrea Bocelli will receive the NIAF Lifetime Achievement Award in Entertainment, honoring his exceptional artistic career and his contribution to sharing Italian culture with the world.
The 2025 edition will highlight the Lazio Region, designated as NIAF’s Region of Honor, and will feature a refined gastronomic experience celebrating the best of Italian cuisine and wine. La Scolca, with its 106 years of history and legacy of quality and elegance, stands as a symbol of Piedmontese winemaking excellence and of the authentic spirit of Made in Italy.
