The hotel is internationally recognised for its beachfront setting, refined gastronomy and world-class hospitality.
From the welcome reception featuring our Soldati Brut Bianco Metodo Classico to the elegant pairings with Gavi Etichetta Bianca, Gavi dei Gavi® Black Label and our Gold Edition, every dish highlighted the perfect harmony between contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and the timeless character of Cortese.
