Las Vegas, La Dolce Vita: La Scolca at Carbone Riviera, Bellagio
Some evenings seem to capture everything that makes Italian lifestyle so distinctive: elegance, conviviality, design, gastronomy, wine and that unique ability to turn a moment into a lasting memory.
In Las Vegas, we experienced one of those evenings at Carbone Riviera, located at Bellagio, in a setting where the energy of the Strip meets a sophisticated and contemporary interpretation of Italian hospitality.
At the table, La Scolca Gavi dei Gavi® Black Label took centre stage, in a setting perfectly suited to its style: freshness, minerality, precision and elegance. A wine that naturally complements refined Italian cuisine while feeling completely at home in one of Las Vegas’ most iconic destinations.
The evening continued with a truly special experience: a private cruise in front of the legendary Bellagio fountains aboard a limited-edition Riva Anniversario.
It was a perfect encounter between two expressions of Made in Italy: La Scolca and Riva, both rooted in heritage, craftsmanship, design and timeless beauty.
Cruising in front of the Bellagio during the water show, with the Las Vegas skyline glowing in the background and a glass of Gavi dei Gavi® in hand, transformed the evening into a true celebration of Italian La Dolce Vita in the heart of Nevada.
A very special thank you to Carbone Riviera, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits (SGWS) and Shaw-Ross International Importers for making this unforgettable evening possible and for their continued support of La Scolca in the United States.
From Gavi to the Las Vegas Strip, through fine dining, Italian design and luxury hospitality, La Scolca continues its journey wherever Made in Italy becomes an experience.
