Guests enjoyed a journey through La Scolca’s historic vineyards, followed by a curated lunch celebrating the flavours of Piedmont, perfectly paired with our Metodo Classico Blanc de Blancs Pas Dosé, Sol Lui Sauvignon Piemonte DOC 2025, and the prestigious Metodo Classico D’Antan Brut Rosé 2015.
