La Scolca in the Seychelles: An Exclusive Wine Dinner at Six Senses Zil Pasyon<\/h5>\n

On the private island of F\u00e9licit\u00e9<\/b>, in the heart of the Seychelles, Six Senses Zil Pasyon<\/b><\/a> hosted an exclusive La Scolca Wine Dinner<\/b>\u2014an intimate evening limited to twelve guests, surrounded by the sound of the ocean, the colours of sunset and the understated elegance of a table set directly on the sand.<\/p>\n

Framed by coral-edged beaches, dramatic granite rocks and tropical vegetation, the resort expresses a contemporary vision of luxury shaped by well-being, nature and a strong connection to its island setting. Six Senses Zil Pasyon is the only resort on F\u00e9licit\u00e9 Island and occupies less than one third of the island, preserving its secluded and unspoilt character.<\/p>\n

From Cocktails at Koko Bar to Dinner on the Beach<\/b><\/p>\n

The experience began with a cocktail reception at Koko Bar<\/b>, the resort\u2019s elegant overwater bar overlooking the Indian Ocean. Suspended between sea and sky, it offers classic cocktails, creative interpretations and bespoke drinks accompanied by exceptional ocean views.<\/p>\n

The evening then continued on the atmospheric Takamaka Beach<\/b>, where a communal table illuminated by candles and delicate lights beneath the trees welcomed guests for a five-course menu paired with La Scolca wines.<\/p>\n

Indian Ocean fish and shellfish, island ingredients and contemporary culinary techniques created a refined journey designed to complement the freshness, minerality and elegance of Gavi DOCG<\/b><\/a>. The resort\u2019s cuisine draws on the multicultural heritage of the Seychelles, combining Creole traditions with African, Asian and European influences while highlighting produce from local waters, the organic garden and island farmers.<\/p>\n

La Scolca: The Elegance of Gavi by the Indian Ocean<\/b><\/p>\n

Throughout the dinner, each glass told the story of La Scolca\u2019s journey from the hills of Piedmont to one of the world\u2019s most captivating destinations.<\/p>\n

The selected wines accompanied the menu with natural harmony, enhancing the delicacy of the fish, the sweetness of the shellfish and the aromatic character of Seychellois cuisine. The result was an elegant meeting between Italian wine excellence<\/b> and the flavours of the Seychelles, connecting the winemaking heritage of Gavi with the luminous identity of the Indian Ocean.<\/p>\n

The presence of Chiara Soldati<\/b> transformed the tasting into a personal conversation with the guests. Beyond presenting the wines, she shared La Scolca\u2019s family heritage, international vision and culture of hospitality\u2014values that have defined the winery since 1919.<\/p>\n

Luxury, Nature and Sustainability<\/b><\/p>\n

The setting of Six Senses Zil Pasyon gave the evening an especially meaningful dimension.<\/p>\n

The resort supports initiatives focused on terrestrial and marine conservation, sea-turtle protection, rainwater harvesting, the reduction of single-use plastics and the cultivation of organic produce. Growing ingredients on the island also helps reduce transport-related emissions while providing the culinary team with fresh produce.<\/p>\n
